Privacy Policy
This policy explains how COMMETA FZCO, Licence No. L-1877, handles information when you use the Commeta portal.
1. Candidate interview content
Commeta does not require registration or contact details for the interview. While the interview is in progress, audio and answers are processed temporarily to transcribe speech and prepare the candidate’s reflection. Commeta does not store the audio, transcripts, answers, or reflection in a database.
2. How interview information is processed
Audio is transmitted securely to a service provider for transcription. The transcript and answers are then processed to prepare the reflection shown on the result page. This processing is limited to providing the interview during the current session, and the information is not used by Commeta to create a candidate profile.
3. Result and session data
The reflection is shown on the result page and may be downloaded as a PDF directly to the user’s device. The user’s current progress may remain temporarily in the browser’s session storage so that a page refresh does not immediately erase it. Commeta does not receive or retain a copy of the downloaded PDF.
4. Technical information
The hosting and processing providers may handle standard technical records required to deliver and secure the website, such as request time, device information, and network address. Commeta does not combine those records with interview content to identify or profile a candidate.
5. Cookies and forms
The portal does not use contact forms and does not ask candidates for an email address. No advertising cookies are set by Commeta.
6. Employers
Employers contact Commeta by email to request a vacancy listing. Information sent by email is processed only to respond to the request and manage the listing.
7. International processing
The portal operates internationally. Service providers may process technical and interview information in countries other than the user’s country, subject to their applicable safeguards. Interview information remains limited to the temporary processing described in this policy.
