Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the Commeta portal operated by COMMETA FZCO, Licence No. L-1877, DWTC Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
1. Role of Commeta
Commeta FZCO acts solely as an intermediary between employers and candidates and is not a party to any relationship, agreement, or employment arrangement between them. The portal does not guarantee employment, candidate suitability, or the outcome of any communication between users.
2. Candidate interview
The voice interview is a self-reflection tool for candidates. Its output is informational, belongs to the candidate, and is not professional, medical, psychological, or employment advice. Candidates decide whether to share it.
3. Vacancy listings
Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of vacancies they submit. Vacancies with a place of work inside the United Arab Emirates are not published on the portal.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or infringe another person’s rights.
5. Availability and liability
The portal is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Commeta FZCO is not liable for decisions made using portal content or for conduct between candidates and employers.
6. Intellectual property
The portal design, text, and brand elements belong to Commeta FZCO or their respective licensors. A downloaded interview reflection may be used by the candidate for personal career purposes.
7. Governing framework
These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Dubai World Trade Centre Free Zone and the United Arab Emirates.
